What is Industri?

Industri is a business community and networking platform. Our mission is to redefine the way professionals meet in a hybrid world. We provide you with an online space where you can connect, share and discuss business-related content with other professionals.

Industri is not a space to share personal stories, it is a purely business-oriented platform.

Who is it for?

Industri is for anyone who is employed in a professional services firm. It is ideal for those who:

  • want to get to know professionals and be part of their business community remotely.
  • want to share their expertise by sharing their content with the right audience.
  • want to keep up with the latest trends and developments of their industry.

Who is allowed to create a business community?

Anyone can do it as long as they have a strong interest in the business topic in question.

How do I create a business community?

Simply click on “Propose a new community’ in the Communities tab. New communities must be approved by an Industri administrator.

The new community proposal will be held for moderation until approved. This is to ensure that all communities created respect our Community Guidelines.

What are the Community Guidelines?

You can access our Community Guidelines here.

The Community Guidelines should not only help you understand how to act within this platform but also help you understand what to expect from others and within various communities.

How can I adjust the notifications settings?

To manage the notifications you receive, you will need to adjust your settings. Access your settings by clicking on your photo on the top right hand side of the site.

How do I share an update or a post?

There are two ways of sharing content:

  1. You can use the share box to share your articles, thoughts and other content directly from your Industri homepage.
  2. You can join the Community of your choice and share content directly within this Community. Remember that the content needs to be related to the business community in question.

Is my profile public?

Your profile is not public in the sense that in will not appear in a public search engine such as Google or Yahoo.

Only logged-in members of Industri can see your profile.

Can I invite people?

Yes, we encourage you to do so! Simply add the email address of the professional you would like to invite in the box available on the header of the site.
